- Leptospira Canicola
- Leptospira Icterohaemorrhagiae

- Leptospirosis Defense: Proven to prevent mortality and urinary shedding caused by 4 virulent Leptospira serovars (L. canicola, L. icterohaemorrhagiae, L. pomona, L. grippotyphosa). The only leptospirosis vaccine proven to prevent mortality and urinary shedding.
- Proven Efficacy: Protects against commonly spread canine viruses like distemper, parainfluenza, and hepatitis in one convenient vaccine.
- Puppy Immunity: The vaccine's high antigenic mass ensures that it overrides maternal antibodies, providing effective early immunity in puppies.
- Proven Safety: Safety confirmed in a 749-dog field study, showing the vaccine’s efficacy across various dog breeds and ages.

Administration and Dosage:
- Subcutaneous Injection: Administer one 1 mL dose subcutaneously.
- Primary Immunization: The initial dose may be given at 8 weeks of age or older. A second 1 mL dose should be administered 2 to 4 weeks later. Two doses are required for primary immunization.
- Booster Shots: The presence of maternal antibodies may interfere with the development of active immunity in young dogs, so additional booster doses may be necessary for puppies. Historically, annual revaccination has been recommended, but please consult your veterinarian or the manufacturer for more specific guidance on revaccination frequency.
